American Spirit Loans is a service of IM Group LLC ("we," "us"), which respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through americanspiritloans.com, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, home address and time at residence, loan amount and purpose, monthly income range, employment status, military status, and vehicle ownership.
- Information collected automatically: browser and device type, pages visited, referring website and campaign (UTM) codes, and the time and content of the consents you give.
How we use it
- To share your loan request with lenders and lending partners who may make you an offer.
- To contact you about your request, including by phone, email, and (if you agree) text message.
- To keep records of your consents, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve our service.
How we share it
When you submit a request, you authorize us to share your information with lenders, lending partners, and service providers in our network for the purpose of finding you a loan or related financial product. These companies may use your information under their own privacy policies, and may obtain consumer reports about you to evaluate your request. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your information for marketing unrelated to your request.
Text messages and calls
If you check the text message consent box, you agree to receive calls and texts as described there. Consent is not a condition of any loan. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us.
Security
Our website uses 256-bit TLS encryption, and access to submitted requests is restricted. No system is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
Your choices and state rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@americanspiritloans.com. Residents of California and certain other states may have additional rights under state law, which we honor as required. Information already shared with a lender is governed by that lender's policy.
Children
Our service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.
